General Terms & Policies

1. General Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all services, engagements, and interactions with Nahada Technologies. Engagement constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, BharatPe, Razorpay, and Wise
  • Invoices must be paid within agreed timelines
  • Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise
  • International payments may incur FX and bank charges

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for completed or partially completed milestones
  • Advance payments refundable only if work has not commenced
  • Training refunds applicable only prior to course commencement
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable

4. Milestone Billing Policy

Projects are structured into clearly defined milestones.

  • Each milestone has defined scope and deliverables
  • Invoices are raised upon milestone completion
  • Client approval is mandatory before proceeding

5. Student Training Policy

  • Training fees must be paid in advance
  • Schedules and curriculum may be revised
  • Certificates are issued only upon completion criteria
  • Training materials are confidential and non-transferable

6. Staff Policy

  • Employees are bound by confidentiality and IP agreements
  • All work products are company property
  • Policy violations may lead to disciplinary action

7. Freelancer / Independent Contractor Policy

  • Freelancers operate as independent contractors
  • No employment relationship is implied
  • Confidentiality and IP compliance is mandatory

8. Freelancer Payment Policy

  • Payments released only after deliverable approval
  • Invoices must comply with agreed terms
  • No payment for rejected or incomplete work

9. Service Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, breach of terms, or legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nahada Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
