Training and Enrollment Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed based on the course or programme stage, seat allocation, payment method, and whether delivery has already started.
Administrative, payment gateway, and consumed-service deductions may apply where relevant. Once substantial delivery or seat utilization has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Project, Product, and Service Cancellations
For software, consulting, automation, or implementation services, cancellation and refund treatment depends on the signed scope, committed effort, procurement stages, and work already completed.
Digital products, implementation packs, and downloadable assets are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, unless otherwise agreed.
