Role Details

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our reach, build partnerships, and convert leads into meaningful business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads through events, client meetings, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training partners, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote our services and programs.
  • Call and engage with prospects including professionals, businesses, and students to present offerings.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing and ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
  • Develop business strategies to increase partnerships, sales, and market presence.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.
  • Represent the company in pan-India travel for outreach, exhibitions, and client interactions.
  • Track leads, analyze performance, and report progress to management.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client and student outreach.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Tamil, Telugu, and preferably other regional languages.
  • Knowing more than three regional languages is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Prior experience in the IT/software services or education/training sector is a strong plus.
